BACKGROUND

In the realm where art meets innovation, where the past converges with the future, lies a profound opportunity. We are on the cusp of a transformation, one that combines the timeless beauty of classical portraiture with the boundless potential of the digital age. It's a convergence of creativity and technology, and it's nothing short of exhilarating.

Imagine being part of a movement that bridges centuries, a movement that takes the elegance of traditional art and gives it a digital soul, forever etched on the blockchain. This is not just about preserving art; it's about redefining how we interact with it, how we collect it, and how we share it with the world

OVERVIEW

The Artist intends to tokenize three real-world oil paintings of iconic figures (Humphrey Bogart, Marilyn Monroe, and Jack Nicholson) and launch them as NFTs on the blockchain. He seeks sponsorship of the campaign to build a team for future projects, fund a marketing strategy to reduce risk and insure a positive ROI for all parties involved.

GOALS

1. Transform 3 real world Oil Paintings into NFTs and have a successful drop of 10,000 NFTs at a price between $50 to $100 for a package of all three tokenized paintings, potentially generating gross earnings of $500,000 to $1,000,000..
2. Create a Smart Contract which distributes earnings to all parties involved automatically. 
3. Celebrate the B-side with Sponsors information to immortalize their contribution on the blockchain and the world of Art in general
4. Explore valuation opportunities of the Real World paintings after the NFT drop to possibly sell the actual Oil Paintings at auction with the option to share earnings with involved parties. 

SPECIFICATIONS

Sponsor(s) agrees to provide $14,999 to fund the awareness campaign for one specific painting. $29,998 for two and/or $44,997 to sponsor all three.

Sponsor agrees to pay $5,000 directly to a prestigious NFT Consulting Company as chosen by the Artist per painting. Sponsor also agrees to pay $9,999 to the Artist per painting. 

After payment is received work will begin to immortalize the sponsor's name framed in Gold Leaf on the B-side of the Painting.

Once the $14,999 payment is received for a specific painting, work will begin to immortalize the B-side of the canvas with Sponsor's information. This process will be documented with photos and videos and can be offered as bonus content related to the purchase of the NFT. 

This 'per painting' payment schedule will provide opportunity for 'behind the scenes' content which can be used for documentation to enhance painting centric provenance as well as the Marketing; and content creation necessary to insure the success of the NFT drop as a whole. 

The 'per painting' fund infusion schedule is an opportunity for the Sponsor, The NFT consultant and the Artist to meet up, discuss the project and paintings as things progress while providing further opportunities for documentation, marketing and Content creation. 

Each Sponsor who pays $14,999 to sponsor a particular painting will receive their investment back plus 10% of the remaining revenue earned by the drop per painting. 

The first earnings that are received will be allocated as a return on investment for the Sponsor(s). 

With the sponsorship of all 3 paintings, the first $44,997 dollars earned is distributed as a return on the investment of the Sponsors. 

After breakeven of the original sponsorship funds are reached the earnings will be distributed as follows to the sponsor(s) relative to their initial participation. 

• The Sponsorship of 1) Painting will earn a return of %10 on remaining revenue generated from the NFT drop
• The Sponsorship of 2) Paintings will earn a return of %20 on the remaining revenue generated from the NFT drop 
• The Sponsorship of all 3) Paintings will earn a return of 30% on the remaining revenue generated from the NFT drop 
• The best case scenario being if the NFT drop sells 10,000 NFTs at $100 for a Grand Total of $1,000,000 a sponsor of all 3 paintings would earn 30% or 300,000 - $44,997(Initial Investment)  = $255, 003 (ROI)

These terms will be incorporated into the smart contract governing the NFT project.

All parties agree to meet at least three times preferably at the purchase of each sponsorship via videoconference to discuss the project and provide content for documentation.

Any changes or amendments to this agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
